JDA conducts seminars, workshops, and leadership development programs which build skills and raises the capacity of local staff, community leaders, project beneficiaries, and young students who will become the future catalysts of transformational development in their nation. A nation that is most successful in helping its people realize their creative potential is the nation that will be the most successful.

JDA's longevity, stability and flexibility depends on your donation in a part of the world that requires a long term development commitment. Our offices in Central Asia have been serving since 1994 and JDA's name, work and staff are well-known and trusted in hundreds of villages and communities.

JDA is seeking to increase its donor base for core funding: people who will partner with us providing on-going funds either as a one-time donation or on a regular basis. Your donation will allow us to continue to invest in training and equipping our national staff as their employment is fundamental for promoting transformational development principles through their service in communities in rural Central Asia.

Having more core funding allows JDA to apply for project funds with less allocation of these funds for core expenses. This allows more funding to go to the communities and individuals for which the project is intended. In addition, with your donation JDA will be able to do more training in transformational development.
